CORE
One step up from our Base level of support, our Core support offering includes everything in our Base level, plus unlimited remote Helpdesk support, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Billable after hours.
PLUS
This service level includes everything we have in our Core offering, in addition to 24x7 support, enhanced service level agreement response times, and strategic IT business reviews.
